Welcome to Cash-in App, a platform designed to provide seamless and secure crypto-to-Naira services, owned and operated by Macroblocs Limited (“the Company”). By accessing Cash-in App, you ("the User") agree to follow these Terms of Use, which form a legally binding agreement between you and Macroblocs Limited (also referred to by its trading name, Cash-in App). The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms as required, so please review them regularly to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of Cash-in App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those updates. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using Cash-in App.
To use Cash-in App, you must be at least 16 years old or meet the age of majority required in your country of residence. By registering, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with the Company. If you do not meet these requirements, your account may be suspended or terminated. Additionally, Cash-in App is not responsible for verifying your eligibility or legal capacity, so please ensure you meet the necessary requirements before using our services. Cash-in App is not available in certain jurisdictions due to regulatory restrictions. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of Cash-in App complies with the laws and regulations in their region. The Company reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the platform if eligibility requirements are not met or are violated.
To access our services, you must create an account with Cash-in App and complete the required Know Your Customer (KYC) process. This process ensures that we verify your identity in compliance with anti-money laundering and other legal obligations. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration, and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please notify us immediately so we can secure your account. Your Cash-in App account is personal to you, and transferring or sharing your account with others is not permitted.
Our main service is the instant conversion of cryptocurrency into Naira and facilitating automated payout to the user’s nominated bank account. When you receive a transaction in your Cash-in wallet, you agree to the current exchange rate and any applicable fees or limits, which are clearly displayed in the app. Please review these details carefully before confirming your transaction, as all conversions are final and cannot be reversed. We strive to offer fair and competitive rates, although these may change based on market conditions.
We facilitate automated payouts directly to your nominated Naira bank account. These payouts are processed through verified third-party payment and liquidity providers, and we only share your payment details with them to complete your transactions. While we aim for fast and efficient processing, please note that times may vary depending on the network. Understand that there are inherent risks involved with cryptocurrency transactions, which are detailed further in Section 7 of our Terms.
Cash-in App is not a financial advisory platform, and nothing on our website or app should be construed as financial advice. Any information provided on Cash-in App is purely informational, intended to help you understand our services and the crypto-to-naira conversion process. We encourage users to consult with a qualified financial advisor if they have questions about cryptocurrency or financial matters. Decisions about buying, selling, or holding crypto should be made independently. Macroblocs Limited does not provide investment or financial advisory services and therefore disclaims any liability for financial decisions made based on information from the platform.
Cash-in App provides each user with a unique wallet address on supported networks for receiving cryptocurrency exclusively for conversion to Naira. This address is intended only for transactional purposes and is not provided to users asset storage or holding purposes. Any crypto sent to a Cash-in wallet address is automatically processed for conversion into Naira in line with our regular operations, and we do not support crypto withdrawals from these wallets. If you require a wallet for storing assets, consider using other providers that specialize in secure asset storage. Macroblocs Limited is not responsible for lost funds due to misuse of Cash-in App wallets for storage purposes. For the avoidance of doubt, Macroblocs Limited does not provide asset storage services.
Users of Cash-in App agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes, abiding by all applicable local and international laws. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide, and for ensuring that your account activity is legal and within the platform's intended use. Users are also responsible for keeping login information secure to prevent unauthorized access. We reserve the right to report, suspend and/or terminate accounts involved in suspicious, illegal, or non-compliant activity locally or internationally in accordance with our anti-money laundering policies. By agreeing to these terms, you accept personal responsibility for the security and legality of your transactions on Cash-in App, and are subject to all our anti-money laundering policies and procedures.
At this time, Cash-in App charges zero transaction fees on all transactions. This means you can convert cryptocurrency to Naira without any deductions. We aim to maintain this fee-free structure for your benefit, though the Company reserves the right to introduce fees in the future if necessary. Any updates to our fee policy will be communicated to all users prior to taking effect. Enjoy the current fee-free transactions and seamless experience provided by Cash-in App!
Using cryptocurrency involves inherent risks, including significant crypto price fluctuations, exchange rate fluctuations, regulatory uncertainties, and potential financial loss. By using Cash-in App, you acknowledge these risks and accept that cryptocurrency values can change rapidly and unpredictably. Market fluctuations and delays in blockchain processing times are beyond Cash-in App’s control. The Company is not liable for losses resulting from market volatility, system errors, or delays in transaction processing. Users are encouraged to make informed decisions and to recognize that they bear full responsibility for risks associated with cryptocurrency. Consult financial professionals if you are unfamiliar with crypto-related risks or uncertainties. Cash-in App disclaims liability for losses resulting from market dynamics or user actions.
Cash-in App values your privacy and takes data protection seriously. Our Privacy Policy details how we collect, store, and safeguard personal data, in compliance with applicable data protection laws. In our case, the applicable data protection law if the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. User data is used only for legitimate operational purposes, such as identity verification, legal and regulatory compliance, cooperation with law enforcement where it is deemed necessary by us as guided by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and customer support. Cash-in App employs robust security measures to protect user data from unauthorized access or misuse. While we do our best to safeguard your information, no system is completely secure, and users are encouraged to practice caution and vigilance. All content, including logos, trademarks, and intellectual property found on Cash-in App, is owned by Macroblocs Limited. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of content is strictly prohibited unless express written permission is granted. You agree not to infringe on our intellectual property rights through any means, including reverse engineering, duplication, or manipulation of Cash-in App’s software. If you believe your intellectual property has been used on Cash-in App without authorization, please contact us to resolve the matter. We are committed to respecting intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same.
If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact Cash-in App customer support to seek resolution. Should disputes require escalation, mediation or arbitration must be used within Nigeria before pursuing legal action. This approach fosters a fair and prompt resolution process for both parties. Users agree to these methods as a condition of using Cash-in App. This provision does not limit your legal rights but seeks to ensure a smoother resolution process.
Cash-in App reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Use without notice as needed to reflect changes in our services or regulatory requirements. Any amendments to the Terms will be posted on our website with an effective date. By continuing to use Cash-in App after updates are posted, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check and review the Terms periodically to stay informed about your rights and responsibilities. If you disagree with any amendment, please discontinue using Cash-in App.
Users are solely responsible for their tax obligations arising from transactions conducted on Cash-in App. We recommend consulting a tax advisor to ensure compliance with applicable tax laws. Macroblocs Limited will comply with its own tax obligations and may report certain transactions to relevant authorities. Users are advised to keep records of transactions for accurate tax reporting. The Company is not responsible for advising users on tax matters.

Any violation of these prohibited activities may result in account suspension without notice, reporting to law enforcement within or outside the borders of Nigeria as we may deem fit guided by the provisions of the laws of Nigeria, and may involve any other regulatory or legal actions we may deem necessary under the laws of Nigeria.
Macroblocs Limited, its affiliates, and employees will not be liable for any losses or damages incurred by users arising from the use of Cash-in App. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Users assume full responsibility for their actions on the platform and acknowledge the Company’s liability limitations. In using Cash-in App, you release Macroblocs Limited from claims resulting from service interruptions, unauthorized access, or financial losses. Our liability limitation is in place to protect the Company and maintain a fair risk balance.
Macroblocs Limited is not liable for delays or failures in service delivery due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, regulatory changes, technical failures, or other force majeure events. Force majeure events may impact the platform's functionality temporarily, but we will make all efforts to restore services promptly. Users agree to hold the Company harmless in the event of service interruptions caused by force majeure. Our priority remains ensuring user security, even during unforeseen events. If extended downtime occurs, we will notify users as soon as possible.
Cash-in App complies fully with the Money Laundering (Prevention and Prohibition) Act 2022 of Nigeria (the Act). Our Chief Compliance Officer oversees compliance, ensuring alignment with our internal anti-money laundering (AML) policies. Accordingly, we conduct Know Your Customer (KYC), due diligence, enhanced due diligence and transaction monitoring in order to ensure the safety of the platform in compliance with the Act and our AML Policy. Users may be subject to additional verification or transaction limits to maintain compliance, or reporting to law enforcement when we deem it necessary guided by the provisions of the laws of Nigeria. We prioritize compliance as a critical part of our operations. Macroblocs Limited is committed to upholding all legal obligations under applicable anti-money laundering laws. Failure by Cash-in App to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right. Each right or remedy remains fully enforceable. Users agree that delays or omissions in exercising rights do not nullify other rights or remedies. Cash-in App reserves the right to assert its rights as needed. This provision ensures continued enforceability of all Terms.
Cash-in App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free access to our services. Users assume all responsibility for transactions and interactions on the platform. Cash-in App disclaims liability for service interruptions, system errors, or user-based decisions. By using Cash-in App, you accept these conditions as a necessary aspect of platform use.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. By using our services, you agree that any legal disputes or claims will be governed by and interpreted under these laws.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access of any User to Cash-in App at our discretion. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, breach of these terms, fraud or suspicion of fraud, misuse of the platform, engagement in prohibited activities or violation of applicable laws.
